A private, single-user email & calendar automation.

Purpose

my-inbox-agent is a personal automation operated by Justin Osler for his own Google account. Its purpose is to triage the owner's personal Gmail inbox and manage his personal calendar invitations, so he does not have to sort mail or respond to invites by hand. It is not a public product, has no sign-up, and is used by a single person — the account owner.

What it does

• Sorts incoming mail in the owner's own inbox (labels it, marks it read, or moves it to Trash).
• Detects scheduling conflicts and RSVPs to calendar invitations on the owner's primary calendar.
• Sends the owner private notifications (to his own Discord) about items that need his attention.

What it does not do

• It never permanently deletes mail — “delete” means move to Trash only.
• It never sends, replies to, or forwards email on the owner's behalf.
• It does not share, sell, or transmit the owner's data to any third party.

It runs on hardware the owner controls and accesses Google data only under the owner's own authorization, using the minimum scopes needed for the functions above.
